SQA are recruiting for an experienced Applications Engineer to be responsible for the day-to-day operation, development and maintenance of SQA's Application environments
Applicants, as a minimum, should be educated to SCQF Level 6 (HND level or equivalent) or be able to demonstrate direct relevant experience for this role.
• A minimum of 3 year's applications support experience, IT administration and exposure to Microsoft environment
• Proven problem solving/determination skills in a Microsoft environment
• Knowledge of ITSM software such as Landesk
• ITIL experience
• Experience working with 3rd party suppliers
• Adobe Captivate
• Testing tools HP ALM or similar
• SQL Basic Concepts
• Process Workflows
• Windows Design
