Service Desk Engineer / Helpdesk Engineer urgently required to work with my client a leading IT Services Provider with offices in Manchester. This role has become available due to internal promotion and an increase in end client demand, the ideal candidate will therefore need to hit the ground running and will be responsible for a logging, diagnosing and progressing / escalating any incidents or problems.
Your experience and skill set:
* Excellent communication skills with a proven background within a Service Desk or Helpdesk environment.
* Foundation knowledge with SQL, Active Directory and Excel
* Methodical approach with a core understanding within an SLA / Service Desk orientated environment.
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
