We are currently recruiting for our market leading client based locally to Uxbridge, they are looking for an IT Support Analyst to provide IT and other related equipment support to a nationwide company. The successful candidate will be Working as part of a small support team, you will assist over 1500 on-site and remote users across UK, offering an excellent IT Support service. You will log, troubleshoot and investigate issues, identify route causes and find effective solutions to reported problems, delivering an excellent customer experience at all times, while escalating as required.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing, monitoring and reporting on calls from a ticket logging system
* Resolving calls promptly meeting the Service Level Agreements
* Configure and technically support desktops, servers and multi-function devices
* Managing and supporting mobile devices such as PDAs, tablets, Android and Windows phones
* Managing and supporting Office365 email platform
* Maintaining and ensuring daily backup procedures are followed via Backup Exec
* Following PDA procedures and documenting results as per schedule
* Occasional travel to other UK offices to provide support when required
* Provide application support to users for both Microsoft and in-house applications.
* Provide support over the phone to users remotely in other depots around the UK
* Provide face to face support to users in the head office

Key Skills Required:

* 2-3 years previous experience in a similar role is essential
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 7, 10, Server 2003, 2008 and 2012)
* Comprehensive understanding of networking and server administration across different domains (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, active directory, group policy, Cisco VPN).
* Excellent customer service skills (face-to-face and telephone based)
* Ability to meet strict deadlines in a pressurised environment
* Proactive, professional, and must be able to work in a small team
* Knowledge of PDAs and Android mobile devices will be preferred
* Willing to work flexible shifts between 7am-6pm alternating weekly
* Full UK Driving licence would be beneficial
