6 Month Contract - £190 - £200 per day
I am currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Analyst to work for a prestigious law firm based in Central London. I am looking for someone who has previous experience working within the legal sector and has a good background of desktop/helpdesk responsibilities. You would be working in a team of 15 and responsible for full user support.
You will also need to be able to handle yourself well in a busy environment whilst providing excellent customer service to the users throughout the company.
Key Skills required for the Helpdesk Analyst:
- Active Directory
- Windows 10
- MS Office
- Ticket Logging
- PC / telephones installation
- Mobile Support
- Must have previous experience in legal sector
Apart from the technical skills required you will also need to be reliable and able to work on own initiative and have an ability to liaise with users from ground to board level.
