Our client are going through a major change program and are expanding their Resource Planning service outside of the Contact Centre to now include end clients so an exciting time to be joining the business as it means these are new roles.|
They are recruiting for a Resource Planner to manage all areas of Forecasting and Scheduling and Real Time Analyst to manage the immediate scheduling of resources so a very similar skill set required for both roles.
In addition, due to the resource function rolling out to the external client base, the role will involve some client contact outside of the centre. Therefore excellent interpersonal skills and a level of maturity so you are able to influence Senior external Individuals are also required.
Your background will be within the Call Centre and Contact Centre arena and as a minimum you MUST have good Excel skills and been involved in some kind of Workforce Planning or Resource Planning previously. Obviously any knowledge or experience of WFM Tools will be a distinct advantage and almost mandatory. These could involve bespoke in house systems or off the shelf products including Verint/Blue Pumpkin, TCS/EWFM/Aspect, OpenWave, NICE/IEX or Teleopti for instance.
