Customer Service/Helpdesk Co-ordinator (Temp) - Sunbury-upon-Thames - £10.10PH|
I am currently recruiting for a large engineering organisation based in Sunbury-upon-Thames for a Helpdesk Co-ordinator on a Temp basis.
Customer Service Advisor
This is a full-time 40 hours per week role within the service department and is based in Sunbury.
The start time and end times vary depending on the need of the department (between 8am and 17:30pm - Monday to Friday). You may also be required to join the Saturday rota for helpdesk and planning once training has been completed - hours 09:00am - 16:00pm.
The job involves:
Logging breakdown calls onto our in-house system - via phone, fax, email, internet.
Working within customer service level agreements.
Updating key account web pages.
Assisting with closing calls in Bann.
Dealing with escalations.
Updating the Baan system.
Liaising with engineers and keeping customers informed of progress of the call at all times.
Chasing quotes from our Imsys system
Booking in calls with customers.
Holiday/absence cover for planning.
Other Ad-hoc duties assigned.
Able to communicate with all levels of management
Able to deal with pressure positively
Accurate with excellent attention to detail
Good decision making skills
Ability to prioritise and plan own time
A "team player" with a high level of commitment to colleagues
Quick to learn
Accurate and good attention to detail
Sense of humour
Previous customer service background
Good customer service skills
Excellent telephone manner
Ability to multi-task
Able to self manage
