Lloyd Recruitment have a fantastic job opportunity for a Receptionist / Administrator to join a well establish and reputable leading engineering company based in East Grinstead.|
Office hours 9am till 5pm and onsite parking.
• Taking inbound calls, dealing with customer queries and direct calls appropriately
• Dealing with all deliveries, filing and checking all corresponding paperwork
• Updating and maintaining the day book, inputting invoice details
• Data entry within Excel
• General office administration
• Sorting post
Experience and skills required:
• Experience within an administration and receptionist position
• Excellent IT, including Excel and Word
• Professional telephone manner with excellent face-to-face interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to work independently and use initiative to resolve problems in the absence of colleagues.
• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills are required and experience implementing office systems and procedures.
• Resilient, professional, highly organised and structured with a can do attitude that shines through with their flexible, adaptability and demonstrates a strong customer focus
