Our client are a significant provider of maintenance support to leaders within a range of industries with a focus on Automotive, Aerospace and Precision Engineering, specialising in the servicing, repair and relocation of industrial plant and highly accurate machine tools. Due to internal changes and company expansion, they are now seeking 2 skilled Machine Tool Service Engineers to provide support across the UK.|
This is a home based role covering the UK with very minimal periods of staying away from home.
Responding to customer calls, providing on-site diagnosis and repair of all electrical and mechanical faults
Assisting with the installation and relocation of machinery
To be considered for this position it is essential that you come from a machine tool service or maintenance background and possess:
An electrical bias with strong mechanical abilities
Knowledge of CNC Controls - Heidenhain, Fanuc or Siemens ideally
It would also be beneficial to have a basic understanding of PLC controls.
