You should also have strong judgment and analytic skills, plus logical problem-solving and decision-making skills. It is also vital that you display the exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with customers and employees of all levels within the organization in a customer service environment. We do not offer relocation for candidates outside of Canada for this position.
