Job Description:

Overview: Responsible for the development, implementation and overall achievement of sales strategies for assigned Clients in Natural Specialty Sales Division. This position is the primary conduit between our Clients and the Natural Specialty Sales Team. Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities include: Generate, organize and present for approval, listing and promotional plans and actions that will achieve client objectives with regard to Sales, Bonus Plans and Retail distributionWork in collaboration with the creation of account specific presentations to be made to the NA with Customer Managers and Retail team managers to set and implement strategies to ensure success of our Clients brands within our NA with assigned clients to define and set specific, measurable KPI'sOrganizing internal processes to achieveConvey agreed upon objectives to Natural Specialty Sales customer managers and management NA on development of bottom-up budget objectives by account in liaison with Acosta Account ManagersRegularly monitor progress of the annual business plan to the preset objectives with both the assigned client and account-specific Acosta customer managersThe minimum review with both the principal client and account managers is to be monthlyAttend major reviews, new product presentations, Seasonal Plan-o-gram presentations; with the customer managers as required / requested. Qualifications: Job Qualifications: Minimum 2 years Client Development or Account Management experience in the CPG industry. Previous work experience within the Natural and organic food industry is an assetAdditional experience with Direct Customer sales responsibility, Category Brand Management, Retail Store NA of differing route to market strategies for the Natural and Organic NA Leadership skills and ability to thrive in a fast paced team NA analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft software; PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook, knowledge of grocery internal POS systems will be an advantage
