The Job Window has an exciting opportunity for a driven Administrative Assistant on behalf of our client, an event promotions company that specializes in working with Fortune 500 clients in the automotive industry. Our client partners up with local businesses to help gain exposure & brand recognition for their clients' products & services throughout the Mississauga/ Ontario. They recently opened up an office in the Mississauga area & it's time to grow! They're in immediate need of an Administrative Assistant to help with recruiting & administrative duties for their office. Reporting to the Supervisor, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support, customer service at reception, HR and application processing activities, document and file management, and data entry, and statistical tasks to support the company. Requirements for the Administrative Assistant:Have a proactive approach to administration and excel at relationship NA administrative and clerical support such as handling and answering multiple phone lines, performing reception duties, greeting all incoming guests to the office, and acting as the face of the business to outside NA office calendar of events, interview schedules and set appointmentsPerform preliminary phone screening of candidatesWork closely with clients and recruitment supervisor to ensure recruitment needs are metTrack and analyze recruiting analytics and provide weekly reports to help optimize reach, engagement and NA as an advisor and make recommendations about candidatesSchedule in-person interviews with hiring managersProvide feedback on any trends and key recruitment metricsUpdate recruitment files and human resource software and CRM platformDrive projects from inception to completion with little guidanceComplete filing and other administrative tasks as needed Our client is in need of a fresh face that can help them make this area one of the strongest in their organization!
