POSITION OPEN: Project Based Merchandiser JOB TYPE: Part-time| Project BasedEXPERIENCE: Minimum of one year experience in retail, merchandising, or customer service environmentEDUCATION: Minimum requirement of a High School Diploma or GEDPOSITION DESCRIPTION: 0-10 hours per Month Foster a positive working relationship with store management and employeesPrepare for all store calls by reviewing instructions ahead of time and bringing required materials to each service callCapable of completing projects typically consisting of resets, cut-ins, stocking product, installing promotional materials, display assembly, perform audits and various other service-related activitiesPromote client's product including ordering client product as applicableEnsure compliance and objectives are completed per client and management expectationsUtilize smartphone or mobile device to report all work accurately while in the store and submit service order data and photos on the date service was completed Â· Perform other miscellaneous duties as assignedÂ· Conduct consumer facing activities by demonstrating key features, assist customers with devices, and trouble-shoot issues presented from our client's internet-related services and products.Â· Build and maintain long-term trusting relationships with retail store associates, retail management, and client management.Â· Partner with the client and management team to ensure product look and display is consistent with protocol, plan-o-gram compliance, samples working properly, overall appearance and above presentation standards of competitive products.Â· Attend required training sessions on internet-related services and products.Â· Assist client in training initiatives to ensure retail sales associates' understanding of our client's internet-related services, products, brand awareness, and brand image.Â· Ensure compliance and objectives are completed per client and management expectationsÂ· Utilize smartphone or mobile device to report all work accurately while in the store and submit service order data and photos on the date service was completedÂ· Other duties as assigned to improve performance of self. â€
