We offer a truly integrated approach that engages shoppers at every point along the path to purchase and ensures that our clients' products are strategically positioned to most effectively convert those shoppers at the shelf. Responsibilities: Increase sales and market share of the brands represented, while earning a profit for our manufacturers and Acosta. Manage multiple businesses at Customer Headquarters within the Strategic Channel including - Gas and Convenience, Do it Yourself (Canadian Tire, Home depot), as well as Staples, Bulk Barn, Toys R Us and additional Customers whose Headquarters are within Ontario Communicate Customer priorities to Client Services and Retail teams to deliver business objectives. Achieve goals and results at the lowest possible cost while maximizing revenue. Develop relationships and serve as the customer's primary point of contact on client-specific issues (i.e. Category Management, and Promotional Strategies). Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years' experience at key account manager level with a sales & marketing agency or in the consumer package goods industry Customer Headquarter experience in some of the channels - Gas & Convenience, Dollar, Automotive, Do It Yourself Must possess a proven track record in a customer sales capacity Experience working with vendor partners and customers to implement and execute strategic sales and merchandising plans and policies Must have the ability to analyze sales and market information needed to present business building solutions Expertise in Microsoft software; PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook and thorough knowledge of web based applications required Excellent presentation, organizational and communication skills Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously A university degree is an asset Occasional overnight travel may be required.
