Customer Quality LiaisonResponsible for developing; managing and overseeing all onsite operations related to quality inspection and containment activities. Implements Stratosphere Qualityâ€™s processes and procedures in a large customer facility to deliver efficient and quality focused services to suppliers. Essential Job Functions:Plans and implements Stratosphere Qualityâ€™s processes for managing inspection and reporting processes in a large customer facilityDevelops relationships with customer representatives and suppliers and encourages business development and new business opportunitiesEvaluates ongoing projectsâ€™ profitability and customer satisfactionAllocates resources including personnel based on forecast of customer demand and business needsInvestigates and corrects any non-conformancesCompletes reports and creation of standardized working instructionsEnsures all safety and location policies are followedCompletes required training classesAdheres to quality compliance requirementsAll other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned Requirements:Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Degree or equivalent experienceExcellent organizational skills in order to establish, implement, control and revise projectsMinimum of 7 yearsâ€™ experience within automotive qualityHCM preferredStrong knowledge of inspection and containmentThorough knowledge of automotive quality systems and initiativesUnderstanding of ISO TS 16949, has completed audits or participated in obtaining ISO certificationSupplier Quality DevelopmentProven managerial experience leading cross functional teamsAbility to identify potential quality system failures and implement preventive corrective actionStrong presentation, conflict resolution and critical thinking skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeDemonstrate exceptional written and oral communication skillsAbility to multi-task and set priorities to meet tight deadlinesAvailable to work assigned hours based on business needs Preferred:Worked for large Tier 1 Automotive ManufacturerFormal problem solving trainingSix Sigma Black BeltEntrepreneurial skills, managed a small to medium sized business
