Aftermarket Parts Territory Salesperson We are currently recruiting for an Aftermarket Parts Territory Salesperson to join our Parts sales team. Reporting to the Aftermarket Sales Manager, you will create, develop and grow the Parts business focusing on competitive parts opportunities focused within a designated territory. Job Description Details Prospect for potential customers, identifying the decision makers and key stakeholders to capitalizing on all available sales opportunities Utilize your superior telephone sales skills to support customers and/or prospect for potential equipment parts customers Develop consultative relationship with target accounts, identifying all needs and product opportunities, converting target accounts into active customers, making customer visits Utilize CRM database to record pertinent customer and equipment details Make proactive phone calls to target customers and manage your list of active customers Connect specific customer requirement to existing vendor base, ensuring best value for the customer Coordinate shipment and delivery of customer orders, ensuring all customer expectations are met Handle incoming parts calls and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction Work closely with Equipment Sales divisions, ensuring all leads are handled effectively. Job Requirements Previous sales experience is strongly preferred Post-secondary education in Sales, Business, Management or a related discipline Mechanical knowledge of the heavy machinery or parts industry is an asset Strong customer service skills Confidence in prospecting and cold calling is preferred Clear, professional communication skills in person and over the telephone Self starter with a proven ability to work on own Excellent qualifying and prospecting skills is an asset Able to work in a team environment.
