I am currently partnering with a well-known name in the construction industry that has been in business since the mid 40's, a forward thinking, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy offering a wide range of specialist skills to clients throughout the UK.
They operate out of three offices and are an experienced and enthusiastic team of Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Building Surveyors & Health & Safety Advisers. Clients say their trademark is that they care and that is reflected in the way they look after their staff too!
This great company is known for choosing highly skilled (and very friendly) people who are team-orientated and have multi-disciplinary talents.

Features and benefits: Base salary £35K-£50K, car allowance, mobile and the company pays a discretionary bonus. This is guaranteed in the first year at £2500 or more. Relocation offered.

Dealing with contractual issues in a robust manner
Able to stand his/her own ground and protect the company's clients
Commercial awareness
Capable of spotting new business opportunities
Member Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management. Those with a degree in another subject who then converted via MRICS are acceptable
Tender analysis
Project management
Design development
Site inspections
"Hands on"
Prepared to get stuck in from day 1
Comfortable in client facing situations
Team player
A Chartered Surveyor. But, we are listening if you have years of relevant experience and a story to tell!!

Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB)
Qualified in Project Management
International Accreditation Programme (IAP)
Training received from a well-respected practice.
