Our client are global manufacturers of innovative solutions for leading players in the automotive sector. Due to continued success, they now require a Process Engineer/Specialist to join their experienced team.|
Focus on the improvemeny of process control, understanding and launch
Responsible for the analysis of existing processes, cycle time improvements, investagion of problems and research of process improvements/OEE improvements
Drive waste material reduction
Introduction of new machinery and tooling
Training and development of Process Technicians, Team Members and Leaders
The successful candidate will have atleast 4 years experience working as a Process Engineer within a blow moulding environment (automotive experience would be highly advantageous) and be flexible to travel occassionaly to sister plants to support their needs
Ideally qualified to HNC/Degree level in Engineerin or Process Managements
Intermediate robotic programming on ABB or Kuka
Technical understanding (specifically in process parameters)
Experience with laboratory testing skills would be highly advantageous
Knowledge in lean tools, SMED, rapid problem solving, 6S is desired as well as quality standard ISO 9001
Experience of developing and coaching others
