Reporting to: Telemarketing Team Leader

Job summary: To create appointments and spot sales opportunities over the telephone

  • Weekly transfer target (calls transferred to the telesales team)

  • Take ownership of customers queries
  • Correctly create ALPS Enquiries
  • Minimise cancellations & errors
  • Minimise complaints
  • Develop and learn from coaching sessions
  • Attend Monthly team meetings
  • Attend weekly 121 sessions
