Desired Experience & Skills: 1. 3-5 years in sales management and marketing, with technical aptitude and ability to understand, explain, and demonstrate software and hardware; 2. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal); 3. Ability to think strategically, develop strong customer relationships at multiple levels, create customer proposals and presentations, with strong execution and follow-through; 4. Preferable, but not required, to have experience in dealing with local councils and parking management operators in the market of parking and/or transportation; 5. Preferable, but not required, to have knowledge of and working experience with parking technologies, such as multi-space payment kiosks, back office data management systems, and mobile app payment applications; Job Description and Responsibilities: 1. Be responsible for advising on demand/competitive market trends for the Company's products in the UK; 2. Be responsible for creating and achieving sales goals and marketing plan / budget for the Company's UK sales and marketing operations; 3. Assist in the employment, training, and management of sales and marketing; 4. Collect competitive market information and respond to RFP's/tenders for the supply of parking technology to the UK parking industry; 5. Oversee Company marketing team and execution of all UK marketing campaigns; 6. Prepare monthly reports for the Company management and quarterly sales and marketing reports on the Company's activities, sales and marketing results; 7. Arrange regular presentations to UK local councils and parking operators; 8. Coordinate with both the UK and USA financial managers to provide such financial reports as may be reasonably required; 9. Travel to attend trade shows both in the UK and internationally; 10. Travel to USA and other potential European customers as may be required; 11. Be responsible for such other tasks as may be reasonably assigned to him/her by the Company and/or the board of the Company. Remuneration The successful candidate can expect to earn a salary between GBP 60 000 to GBP 70 000, plus bonus and benefits. Bonus shall be based on meeting/exceeding Sales and Company performance.
