Job Description:

Business Development Coordinator Our company is a rapidly expanding IT Security Developer that provides a real-time online guard tour system based on NFC,Beacons or QR-code tags use. The staff scans tags placed on locations and assets and the Monitoring Center gets informed in real-time about incidents and actions. Any time a QR-code or NFC tag is scanned, the information will be sent to the web application via a cloud server and the staff will have immediate control on buildings and locations all over the world. Our system is being sold in UK and in 46 countries in the world. In order to facilitate massive growth, we are looking for an ambitious Business Development Coordinator to join our team in London. The Business Development Coordinator will be a key player in marketing the company's system and obtaining appointments for the Sales Team. Responsibilities: • Identify and qualify opportunities via cold-calling• Generate leads and convert leads into meeting prospects• Handle inbound calls• Deliver targeted internal sales marketing campaigns as requested• Meet monthly targets for agreed number of meetings and generated sales opportunities• Use CRM to log and maintain accurate records• Act as co-ordination support for Business Development Managers, for example, through diary managementRequirements: • Previous experience in inside sales or telesales• Experience selling IT Security• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets• Proven success in generating leads and converting prospects into closed opportunities• Strong organisational skills and excellent time management• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone• Strong problem solving skills• Previous experience with CRM• Previous use of social media to support sales objectives• Able to build lasting relationships with colleagues and customers• Self-motivated with high enthusiasm, ambition and a desire to learn• Benefits: In return you will receive a highly competitive salary.
