Job Type: Full time Rate: £25k plus evening and weekend work Typical starting time: 7am (flexibility required for earlier starts and later finishes for example when we have evening events). Hours vary depending on schedule. Duties include to:Working on all sections of the kitchen making sandwich lunches, hot buffet lunches, cooking dishes such as Beef Bourguignon, Fish pie, Chicken curry etc., cooking for formal dinners and canape NA, organise the preparation and cooking of food and cook the food to the highest standardEnsure that legal and company requirements are adhered to in respect of Food Hygiene, Health & Safety, COSHH and keep to a high standard Applicants must have:Previous experience in Event Catering/volume catering, ability to cook different cuisines is NA level 3 food hygiene certificationHave own mode of transport OR ability to get into work early between 5.30am - 6am. This is necessary for busy days/periods and/or breakfast service. But typically you will start from 7am.
