General Duties and Responsibilities.• Assumes the responsibility for ensuring the scope of services is complete during allotted hours;• Complete site tours daily as instructed by the Territory Manager, evaluating and directing appropriate corrective measures to address any perceived deficiencies;• Perform periodic and regular Quality Assurance Inspections at all sites.• Ensuring Sub Contractors and cleaners on site provide superior cleaning services to the clients.• Tour sites with management when directed and communicate results and findings of the tour in a timely fashion;• Ensure all labour schedules and periodic tasks are completed and signed-off as per the scope of services;• Responsible for completing maintenance schedule worksheets for all equipment and ensure routine daily cleaning and storage of equipment;• Providing adequate supervision and leadership on all project work at the work site.• Ensure all WHIMS protocols, MSDS and workplace OHS procedures are adhered by staff;• Maintain the highest standard of service and performance of employees and Sub-contractors;• Direct the performance of ancillary cleaning NA:• A minimum of 3 - 5 years of hands on experienced in a challenging and demanding work environment;• Strong Business acumen coupled with relevant management studies or related field from a recognized Canadian institution is preferred.• Possess strong leadership skills coupled with the ability to direct and control employees and sub-contractors.• Previous Sub Contractor or leadership experience in the building maintenance sector is considered advantageous;• Highly adaptable and able to handle change in an effective and positive manner;• Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office suite;• Fluent in English (reading and writing) additional language advantageous.• Candidates with an RCMP enhanced clearance are a definite advantage.• Possess a class 5 driver's license and own reliable vehicle.• Flexible with working shifts.
