A lovely 5 star hotel near St. John, NB requires an Executive Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef in the kitchen operations creating a dining experience for all the guests whether in one of the hotel's outlets or in banquets. The successful candidate will have Journeyman's papers or the equivalent. Experience as and Executive Sous Chef or at least 3 years as a Sous Chef in a high volume multi unit location. Previous experience in all areas of the kitchen including banquets, menu planning and fine dining.
