Working in an event style team environment, you will lead a small sales team of 3-4 representatives , by coordinating all logistical activities associated with the event, including set up and take down. You will also meet daily to coach/train reps on your team, and track results and produce daily & weekly reports by engaging and motivating your team to optimize results. Working closely with your Assistant Sales Manager, you will learn how to use our management system, analyze the event, identify areas of opportunity, action solutions accordingly , build strong client NA success in this role will be determined by your ability to directly manage your team's success and influence results infield. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead by example and drive results while still providing the leadership required to manage a successful sales NA Qualifications - Adaptable to a flexible working schedule that can include evenings and weekends- 1-2 years of sales/training experience required- Sales team management experience is an asset- Highly professional, charismatic and confident- Exceptional time management, organizational and planning skills- Ability to build strong relationships and positively influence colleagues- Valid G class license with own vehicle is required for this position
