Electrical Project Manager

Are you an Electrical Project Manager? Looking to for a new challenge?
Electrical Project Manager required for an M&E fit-out contractor. My client offers a full electrical installation service to large home retailers and arcade chains. As well as taking work in leisure, commercial, offices, industrial and environmental sectors. With a turnover of £5m per year the business has grown over the past 20 years.
Ideally candidates will come from an M&E Sub Contractual background and have experience of a similar industry sectors.
Duties include:Take client brief's, receiving tender enquiry, through feasibility, engineering, estimating, to construction, commissioning, handover and final account

* Managing the team.
* Looking after 1-2 projects at any one time.
* Oversee design & construction issues on site.
* Risk Assessments and Methods Statements
* Manage onsite Health & Safety.
* Carry out toolbox talks.
* Oversee production of O+M Manual for Client use /approval, liaise/chair Client training schedule and meetings.
* Average project value of £500k.
