Are you a Mechanical Project Manager? Looking to progress your career with a mechanical services contractor?
If the answer YES, then this is your opportunity to work for a well established mechanical services installer, with 20 years experience.
My client prides themselves in providing a high quality, cost effective and user friendly solution. They operate nationwide, predominantly throughout the south east of England, providing commercial solutions.
Ideally you will come from an M&E sub contractual background and from a similar industry sector.
1 Organise / Chair progress meetings with clients, sub contractors and specialist sub. Contractors for on site co-ordination works.
2 Oversee / resolve design & construction issues on site.
3 Involvement with the tender.
4 Project managed daily activities on site.
5 Writing of risk assessments and Method statements.
6 Involvement with end of project commissioning.
7 Planning projects from conception to completion.
8 Preparing time programmes.
9 Managing site personnel, Supervisors, trades sub-contractors etc.
10 Quantifying and purchasing materials.
11 Carrying out final demonstrations and handover to clients.
12 Reporting to a senior director. Responsible for the operation of the mechanical contracting team, ensuring that the Contracts Managers provide an efficient and professional service.
