SQL BI Reports Developer is required by large international organisation based in Portsmouth.|
This is a new role, required off the back of growth and additional investment in technology. The company have a fantastic working environment with some genuinely interesting and exciting projects.
You will be responsible for SQL development, utilising the Microsoft BI Stack - SSRS, SSAS and it would be a bonus to also have strong SSIS skills including Cube development. Previous experience with SSIS, ETL 2010 or later and Process Improvement methodologies are also a plus.
Key skills and experience:-
You will need to understand and have expertise in the various technologies needed to implement and support sometimes complex SQL BI solutions, covering:-
* Analytics / OLAP Cube Development (Microsoft SSAS and MDX)
* Report Development (Microsoft SSRS)
Additional technical skills should also include some of the following:-
* Data Warehouse / Solution Design
* Dimensional Modelling
* Relational Database and SQL Language (T-SQL)
* Extraction, Transformation and Loading (ETL) (SSIS)
