A Major hospital in London are looking for a high quality, dedicated Administrator to fill a full-time, long-term temporary contract.

Your new role

You will be providing administrative and operational support to facilitate the team. Your role will consist of administrative tasks such as raising purchase orders and releasing invoices, liaising and communicating with various departments, supporting the project managers with project tracking and scheduling of works. This will be a Monday - Friday role working 35-40 hours a week.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need excellent IT skills in Word, Excel and MS Outlook, a minimum grade B at GCSE level for both Maths and English Language and good verbal and non-verbal communication. The ideal candidate will be outgoing and will have experience working in a fast pace environment as well as have the ability to co-ordinate tasks and meet all deadlines. You will also need experience in a projects environment.
