A corporate company in London are looking for a high quality, dedicated receptionist to fill a full-time, long-term temporary contract job
Your new role
You will be providing support as a receptionist within a corporate environment in London. Your role will consist of ensuring all visitors are welcome and making sure that you are assisting them with general NA will also have to deal with phone and email enquiries, managing visitors books along with other administrative tasks. This will be a Monday - Friday role working 40 hours a week.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need minimum 5 years of receptionist experience or front of house, good knowledge of Microsoft office, and excellent customer service and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will have a high level of verbal and non-verbal communication skills. An ideal candidate will be well organised, friendly and polite.
