Our client, a large infrastructure organisation, is recruiting a Service Desk Analyst/Scheduler, for 1st line queries for troubleshooting Microsoft applications, printer faults and operating systems.

Duties will include taking calls and managing mailboxes, gathering information regarding queries and looking to resolve at first call or escalate appropriately, scheduling engineer visits etc, plus other associated duties.

Successful candidate hill have some experience in a service desk environment, with experience of working to SLAs, some knowledge of logging and resolving basic IT and hardware issues at initial point of contact. Strong MS Excel skills are required, with good communication skills, good geographical knowledge plus some experience of basic planning and scheduling.
