We are looking
to appoint a pipeline Agricultural /Third Party liaison officer for a gas pipeline in south
t Scotland. We require someone to support the growth and capability of our site teams. The
successful candidate will be enthusiastic, confident and motivated with good agricultural knowledge
and communication skills and able to work independently as well a
s part of a team. It is vital that they
are able to demonstrate a pragmatic and proactive approach to building relationships with landowners
and Third Party Stakeholders affected by
pipeline works, whilst delivering their technical expertise and
liaising w
ith site management and client's representatives as appropriate

Main Responsibilities
but not be limited to

Management of Landowner issues arising from the pipeline project

Attendance at Pre-
Entry meetings with Clients ALO representative

Oversee Agricultural Inspection elements during construction

Ensure good communication of landowner issues to the project team

Participation in the construction team to deliver projects;

Assist the Project team with subcontracts, snagging lists and final accounts

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements;

Perform work in compliance with our Quality Management System;

Additional duties as required to develop landowner/Third party liaison

Key Requirements:

Agricultural Degree, Engineering Degree or other relevant qualification desirable

Min 5 years-
e xperience of
working on large scale linear
cross country pipelines

site experience in Drainage, Fencing, Reinstatement works

communications skills

Knowledge of CDM regulations

Experience in a similar role would be beneficial

Ability to incorporate commercial needs into the construction process

Working knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation

Proactive approach to dealing with landowner concerns and conflict resolution
