How would you like to work with one of the leading Residential Contractors in the North East? This company with over 50 years experience in the market is looking to add a Senior Engineer to their ever growing production team. They are currently involved with multiple residential developments across the North East.|
The idea candidate will preferably have over 10 years' experience and will be expected to coordinate all technical information between external consultants and internal departments. This job will be reporting directly to the Technical Director.
*Ensure that new regulation requirements are anticipated and incorporated as required.
*Make sure that the relevant body is approving of Architectural Design.
*Attend site visits and meetings in order to solve issues that arise during the construction process.
*Must adhere to deadlines put in place by external consultants.
*Previous experience with a Residential (House building) Contractor.
*Understanding the local Government.
*Fully aware and up to date knowledge of all health and safety legislation.
*A background/ previous experience in Engineering.
Previous experience in a similar role for a residential contractor would be an added advantage.
