Quantity Surveyor

Brand new opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to work on a JCT Design & Build and Refurb project, £7million Residential and Commercial development in the South West London area. Quantity Surveyors who have minimum 4 years' experience will be working on site in Wimbledon to deliver this Design and Build Residential development, reporting into the Commercial Director on its progress over the next 18 months. Quantity Surveyors with New Build, Design & Build, JCT Contract experience would be beneficial.

Quantity Surveyor - The Company
Quantity Surveyors will be joining a successful multipurpose Construction Contractor, who have Design & Build, Refurbishment and New build projects across multiple sectors. With an annual turnover in excess of £60mil and a strong project pipeline for 2017, this is an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a solid and reputable company.

Quantity Surveyor - Salary & Benefits

• £45,000 - £52,500 Basic Salary
• 25 Days Annual Leave
• Company Car
