As a result of significant growth, the company is now looking to enhance their team with a Civil Engineering biased Project Manager to look after range of Civil Engineering schemes|
Based in the North West as a Civil Engineering Project Manager you will be will be planning, organising and managing the delivery of Civil Engineering projects. This includes areas such as: Highways, Bridges, Groundworks, Earthworks and infrastructure projects.
Working closely with client representatives your duties will include;
• scoping out projects
• developing tenders
• programming projects
• developing method statements & risk assessments
• Project Managing each contract to time and budget,
Successful applicants will be educated to minimum level of ONC level in Civil Engineering, or similar, and will have extensive experience of project managing civil engineering contracts.
The individual will have strong organisational skills and a track record of managing and getting the best out of engineering teams. In return the successful candidate will join a growing company that has rapid yet stable growth plans, and a solid order book.
To be considered for this role you must have/be all of the following:
• Educated to ONC level in Civil Engineering or similar
• You must have experience of managing civil engineering projects
• An understanding of CDM Regulations
• Good negotiation skills/commercial acumen
• Solid Man Management experience
• The ability to work autonomously
• Good organisational skills
