Our client, who is a family owned regional main contractor with work a variety of work located across Hampshire is actively recruiting for a Site Managers. The client operates across the South coast, Wiltshire & M3 Corridor, value of projects range from a £500k refurbishment to a £4 Million new build.
Due to a increase in work load and repeat business from key clients our client is actively seeking to hire a loyal but also an experienced Site Manager who has the capability and proven track record managing bespoke homes for private clients or commercial refurbishments, the ideal candidate would be willing to travel up to a hour, has carpentry background, must shown longevity in their career.
* Managed & delivered projects between £500k to £3 Million
* Sector experience, bespoke housing, commercial & education
* Managed & delivered new builds and bespoke refurbishments
* Experienced using programming software
* Strong knowledge of heath & safety legislation
* Ability to Document & ensure all company producers are adhered to
