Engineering Manager for Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) based in Cheshire.

The Opportunity: Based in Cheshire, ISR are looking to attract a Maintenance Engineering Manager to look after their team of Maintenance Engineers, coordinating team resources and taking ownership of their delivery. The role is paying c£50,000 to £55,000 per year (plus excellent benefits, incentives and bonuses).

Skills and Experience:

* A strong background in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and continuous improvement
* Proven track record of managing a department and leading others
* Degree in chemical engineering, engineering, sciences or supply chain management
* Extensive relevant industrial experience where you have demonstrated the above skills
* HNC/HND Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or an NVQ Engineering Maintenance (preferred)

Role and Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate resources (people/materials/equipment) in a safe and efficient manner to produce finished product right first time
* You will apply safety standards and achieve Occupational Health and Environmental standards on site
* Targeted to achieve maximum Operation Efficiency results for sites
* Achieve customer, quality and service targets for site, ensuring that all knowledge and information with regards to machine issues and breakdowns is recorded appropriately (Planet, Machine ledgers etc.
* To ensure high level of positive employees' engagement within team
* Provide site expertise and coach others in the application of TPM tools and techniques related to all TPM pillars and to provide visible TPM Leadership and develop a loss analysis culture
* Direct responsibility for the TPM process deployment and progress aligning with the global and regional masterplans
