Branch Manager (Trade Counter)
Location - East London
Salary - Excellent Salary dependant on Experience/Qualifications

Kinetic Management and Professionals are looking to recruit a Branch Manager (Trade Counter). The purpose of this position is to oversee the overall day to day operational management, achievement of sales and profit for the Trade Counter in accordance with our sales strategy and business plan. Previous experience from a Trade Counter and Sales background.

My Client is looking for a Branch Manager that can Ensure customer engagement is effected in accordance with HDL Core values and realises the business plan. Ideally, the ideal candidate should have sound product and commercial knowledge within the Air Movement Industry. Also have the experience to identify market opportunities (new and existing) and implement strategy to deliver growth targets.

The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following qualifications / experience / aptitude:
* Be responsible for a safe and healthy working environment
* Build an effective relationship with customers and maximise their potential
* Develop and monitor the sales, profitability and growth of existing accounts
* Develop new business and grow sales and profitably
* Provide market intelligence and observe competitor activity through their pricing policy, product range development
* Plan efficiently the use of branch resource to service customer requirements
* Provide technical support for both products and procedures for customers and staff
* Be responsible for ensuring customer quotations are processed
* Maintain a close relationship with Credit Control
* Ensure all orders are processed in conjunction with the correct procedures with full traceability for audit purposes
* Provide an efficient, timely and dependable delivery service
* Be responsible for ensuring all orders are correctly loaded onto the delivery vehicle
* Be responsible for Inventory levels and management
. Report to the Commercial Operations Manager

The ideal candidate must have Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications within the Air Movement Industry and be able to demonstrate the following:
* Have sound product and commercial knowledge of the air movement industry
* Be conversant with industry and product standards
* The ability to engage and retain customers
* Good communication skills when identifying problems and presenting solutions
* Develop staff and lead by example through trust, honesty and respect
* Computer literate with working knowledge of Word, Excel and email options
* Full UK driving licence
* Contracting experience
* FLT and First Aid certificates (highly desirable, not essential)
