Currently looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work on a static site based within a corporate environment in London. If you are an electrical maintenance engineer fresh out of your time or with a proven track record then we have some great opportunities for you. One of our largest, longest serving and loyal clients are looking for a dedicated and energetic Electrical Maintenance engineer.
All candidates must be technically very strong with Electrical qualifications and have a minimum of City and Guilds 236 parts 1 and 2 and IEE 17th edition. The building is highly technical including Tri-gen CCHP/absorption chiller, ground heat rejection, HV network including primary 11KV generators (HV AP training not required, but helpful), UPS, rainwater harvesting inc UV systems, single and three phase power, UPS systems, high voltage, chilled water and DX close control Air conditioning systems, chillers, generators, BMS, power and lighting and all HVAC services.
