Job Description |
Responsible for consolidating, posting and maintaining project schedules . Works with program team leads to build the IMS with all of the program scope to include correct logic (predecessors and successors) and task durations in order to establish the correct project flow. Responsible for the coordination and supervision of specific tasks or functions related to customer requirements. Ensures all activities are carried out in accordance with project commitments or specific objectives. Responsible for day-to-day coordination and administration of tasks by ensuring quality and productivity standards are maintained while meeting client schedules. Coordinates with other contract and subcontract personnel to ensure work moves smoothly from one functional area to another. Works with project manager and/or client to prepare work schedules and man-hour estimates. Maintains record of changes in instructions and ensures all team members are informed of changes.. Ensures completion of administrative reporting (e.g., daily statistics, logs, task narratives). Responds to client requests and questions. Responsible for status and task management reports for area of responsibility..
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Bachelors Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
MS Project Certification
MCTS Project Server 2010 Configuration Certification
SharePoint Power User
5-8 years of related experience, including supervisory experience.
