Job Description

  1. Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.

  2. Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program.

  3. Establishes and defines program plan requirements and may assist in performing in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans.

  4. Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met. Alerts management in the event objectives are at risk of not being met.

  5. Coordinates with other team members to provide enterprise support as needed.

  6. Interacts regularly with program employees and customers to ensure conformance with corporate, program and customer requirements.

  7. Provides financial data to senior management and customer in a timely manner to ensure projects and tasks remain within budgetary guidelines.

  8. May perform business development activities.

  9. Participates in special projects as required.

  10. Must have effective organizational skills.

  11. Must be proficient in the use of word processing, spreadsheet, and other related software applications.

  12. Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.

  13. Must develop comprehensive knowledge of program requirements.

  14. Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.

  15. Must be able to achieve ITIL V3 Foundation within six months of hire.

  16. Additional specific certifications may be required, depending on job assignment.

The work is typically performed at client site locations, which requires proper safety precautions; work may require some physical effort in the handling of light materials, boxes or equipment.

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.


2-5 years of related finance or business analysis experience.
