LOGISTICS SERVICES ADMINISTATOR ROLE SUMMARY |
Responsible for day-to-day contract haulier administration. Main responsibilities include the onboarding of new hauliers & the maintenance of existing haulier queries. Work is processed using a query log with accompanying SLA's & KPI' Maintain positive working relationships with customers & peers in order to ensure consistency of service and processes. Support the team leader with new initiatives and develop and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders, internal and external and exceed their expectations. Suggest and help to implement improvements to processes. Maintain the highest Customer Service behaviours at all times.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND WORK OUTPUTS
Administrator responsible for contract haulier financial administration in line with rules of business and finance, tax and Supply Chain. Outward-facing to hauliers and Supply Chain so the holder must appreciate and adopt customer service principles. High levels of flexibility and drive are expected, as well as the ability to react to changing business priorities. Expected to identify and support process improvement.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS / KNOWLEDGEEXPERIENCE
Proven first class Customer Service experience. Some knowledge of transactional finance experience
