Passenger Service Representative

Performs a range of passenger and baggage services IAW AMCI-24-101 including update of arrival/departure Flight Information Display System (FIDS), screening passenger documentation for travel prior to departure and at arrival; manifesting, processing, and escorting passengers to/from aircraft; collect, screen, and process baggage, and manage DV program and lounge. Assist Aircraft Services in control and record of cargo and mail, cargo processing, special handling, and aircraft loading/unloading.

Specific Job Requirements:
  • Must be US Citizens with /or ability to obtain US Secret clearance, and have documented experience in air passenger services.
  • Journeyman knowledge of Air Mobility Command air terminal operations and passenger systems including Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES)..
  • Previous completion of the basic air transportation course and award of Air Force Specialty Code 2T251 or equivalent preferred.

Additional requirements:
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 12 months of remaining validity AND with at least 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining
  • Must possess driver's license with at least 6 months of remaining validity
