NTT DATA Federal Services, Inc. currently seeks a Program Manager to join our team in Arlington (Pentagon City), VA.

Must have a minimum of a Secret Clearance or higher.

Position Functions or Responsibilities: The Program Management/IT Consultant will be part of a team responsible for all aspects of IT project governance, assessment, management and control. The Program Management/IT Consultant will contribute to varying tasks, including performing duties associated with eliciting and developing high-level business requirements for IT Systems; establishing/maintaining a government agency IT Portfolio framework; responding to data calls; writing PM and IT processes, policies, and procedures; process improvement activities; establishing/tracking performance metrics; and other related tasks.

The Program Management/IT Consultant will work with stakeholders and system users to document requirements, and develop related documentation (including RTMs, SDDs, System Implementation Packages (SIPs), Epics/User Stories). The Program Management/IT Consultantwill also be responsible for administration/logistics associated with requirements meetings, including developing agendas, presentations, and capturing meeting minutes. In many cases, the Program Management/IT Consultantwill assist the client with retroactively developing system documentation for existing systems to satisfy audit/compliance requirements.

Agile experience, exceptional communication skills (written and oral), and a broad range of IT knowledge/experience is required. Flexibility is a must, as well as the ability to work in a collaborate team environment.

Basic Qualifications: Requirements:
  • 3 years (minimum) analyzing management, business and technical issues related to program managment and information systems.
  • 3 years (minimum) Providing guidance to the business implications of various systems.
  • 3 years (minimum) Collaborating on feasibility studies and systems planning
  • 3 years (minimum) Assisting in formulating systems scope and objectives.
  • 3 years (minimum) Devising and/or modifying procedures for managing complex programs.
  • BA/BS Required in a relevant field.
