Leading home care company Home Instead Senior Care have a vacancy for Head of CAREGiver Experience to deal with recruitment and retention. If you have the skills to recruit CAREGivers to work with elderly people in their own homes providing an outstanding level of care, and also HR skills that will enable you to establish and maintain initiatives to ensure that CAREGivers are satisfied at work, you may be just the person we are looking for. Recruitment and Retention Opportunities â€" Head of CAREGiver Experience Do you have experience of recruitment and/or HR Management? The Job â€" Head of CAREGiver Experience You will be responsible for perform a variety of duties â€" recruiting CAREGivers and keeping them engaged once they have been employed. The Head of CAREGIver Experience is expected to promote the role of CAREGiver, emphasising the benefits and rewards available to CAREGivers, and also the Home Instead brand. You will recruit, screen, interview, and process all potential CAREGivers and provide the highest quality service and communication to CAREGivers to drive engagement and retention. Job Role: • Accountable for all aspects of recruitment.• Managing the interviewing and assessment and training of all candidates.• Responsible for all relevant checks are completed â€" ID, references and DBS/PVG checks.• Managing all adverts, job boards, marketing materials up to date.• Maintain and update all recruitment databases and candidate files.• Achieve targeted recruitment figures.• To be able to plan and maintain recruitment drives.• Manage the engagement of all staff including through supervisions, appraisals, team meetings and ongoing training delivery â€" CAREGivers and Key Players.• Monitor staff welfare and moral.• Day to Day HR Functions.• Liaise and prioritise workloads with other departmental heads.• Contribute to the ongoing development of the reward and retention scheme for all staff. Is this you? You have: • recruitment experience.• some HR experience.• experience in preparing and managing recruitment campaigns.• a minimum of 5 GCSE’s A-C including Maths and English.• a full driving licence. You are able to: • plan, allocate and evaluate the workload of staff.• create and maintain administrative systems.• establish and maintain effective working relationships.• liaise and prioritise work streams with other departmental heads.• be creative, proactive and an excellent communicator.
