Responsibilities:Manage the teamDesign training and deliver when requiredSupervise and support the teams across all sites, providing regular one-to-ones and feedbackLead through example in creating quality products and offering excellent customer serviceIncentivise and encourage the teamImplement and maintain procedure Maximise salesEverybody at CanDo starts at the same point - on the ground. You'll be no different. Run a pitch for a fixed period of time to understand our business on the front line. At the end of this, you'll truly get what works and understand CanDo Coffee's magic ingredientsIdentify the best product mix for CanDo CoffeeEnsure all our pitches and locations look great, and are inviting places for our staff as well as customersEnsure all our products are stored and presented in a way that is enticingIdentify new products, suppliers and equipment for saleUnderstand what a great cup of coffee is and what great service means, then ensure that we consistently meet this quality across all of our pitchesMarket and promote the CanDo Coffee brand across all areas we operate Specification:Spirit: you must have a CanDo, solutions-focused approach and be a driven typeSharp: you must have experience of running a successful coffee-focussed operationShine: you must have fantastic technical skills in both management and coffeeSolid: you must be reliable and completely committed to CanDo Coffee and our social mission, willing to work irregular hours including early mornings and weekendsYou must have a full, clean UK driving license (essential) If you want to join an exciting, high growth coffee company during start-up, then please send a CV and Cover Letter outlining why you think you're a CanDoer.
