A flourishing, independent Estate Agency established 20 years ago with an enviable reputation in the London Docklands property sector, are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their team. London Link Properties is expanding throughout London due to their rapidly increase Management Portfolio of new build development.

In addition to your proven track record in the Sales market overall, a working knowledge as a Sales Negotiator in the Canary Wharf and London Docklands areas will be a distinct advantage. Drawing on your high levels of drive, motivation and initiative, it is imperative you can also demonstrate vital attributes such as strong telephone and face to face skills, a willingness to learn, pride in your self presentation, integrity, professionalism and reliability. Ideally but not essentially, you are NAEA qualified too.
Dependent on experience, your basic salary is from Â£16,000 to Â£20,000, plus an attractive car allowance. Their superb commission structure is uncapped, enabling a genuine Year One OTE in the region of Â£40k +, rising to Â£60k+ in Year Two and OTE increases in the following consecutive years. Working only 5 days per week, office hours will be across Monday to Friday - 9.30am to 6.30pm, Saturdays 10am to 4pm.
