Company Overview:Our client is a well-established global automotive OEM supplier, with annual sales revenue of $45M, and currently on track to achieve $60M in total annual revenue. ___________________________II. Position Summary:our client is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to plan, implement, and manage our clients quality assurance programs, measures, and procedures. The Quality Manager's primary directive is to ensure that the final product is produced in accordance with the customers' expectations (Automotive OEMs.) The Quality Manager will also inspect the final product to make sure it has been built with compliance to legal standards and meets customer requirements. ____________________________________III. Position Responsibilities: • Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.• Create and review specifications for products and processes.• Establish requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance.• Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations.• Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback.• Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.• Inspect final their put and compare properties to requirements.• Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis of quality measures.• Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives.• Constantly monitor, assess, and improve production quality and efficiencies. ___________________________________IV. Position Requirements:• Must have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a Quality Manager for an Automotive OEM Supplier.• Must have a sharp eye for detail and a results driven approach.• In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. _______________________________________________V. Compensation & Benefits Package:• Compensation is commensurate with experience.• Salary: $100K-$100K.• Full benefits package.• Paid vacation & holidays.
