You willensure all procedures and safety protocols are followed at all times. Identify employees who require support, training, and corrective action. Communicate with each person respectfully and in consideration of their learning style.. Direct the overall function and activities of the branch to continually and simultaneously meet and exceed customer expectations and employee engagement by:• Serving the customers in an extraordinary manner so that customer service is never compromised.• Earn an acceptable rate of return on sales after expenses.• Maintain a healthy cash flow for the branch.• Invest time and effort in personnel so they learn, grow and become better all around employees who enjoy working for Convoy.• Ensure that the safety and security of our employees is never comprised.• Ensure that all employees are treated in a fair and equitable manner and that all applicable federal and provincial employment laws are adhered NA Responsibilities • Ensure that all branch personnel perform their job duties in a safe manner and that they take all reasonable precautions to avoid work-related accidents and injuries.• Participate as an active member of the Safety Committee.
