Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Co-ordinator will help lead the execution of lead generation programs, events and initiatives across North America. This is an exciting opportunity to build broad marketing capabilities that support strong career growth opportunities in B2B marketing management. Responsibilities will include: website and social media; digital and print campaigns and collateral; database and event planning/management; and data gathering/analysis. You have a minimum 2+ years of marketing/sales support experience at a B2B software/technology company, supported with a post-secondary degree in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, or a related discipline. Experience working in the Print industry is an added bonus. You are highly professional and posess an excellent ability to handle a variety of tasks and prioritize workload. You're a go-getter with a passion for all things marketing. You possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, are a creative thinker, and are highly collaborative with the flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks. Advanced Wordpress, Adobe Creative and Microsoft Office Suite skills are must-haves for this role. Must be flexible to work overtime when required. Must definitely be willing to have fun. PURPOSE / ACCOUNTABILITY You will dissect data, provide recommendations and execute programs that drive awareness, traffic and leads through a variety of marketing initiatives including:- Website updates, digital and print campaigns and collateral, database maintenance within Avanti CRM, Social Media, and the planning and execution of Avanti events- Strategy development for new sales and marketing programs- Support of Channel Marketing activities and programs- Media and Public Relations- Market and Competitive intelligence gathering and reporting, including quarterly data and metrics analysis- Tradeshow and event support including preparation of shipments and supporting documents/forms, coordination of courier/customs broker, accommodations, support on-site, etc.- Liaise with external agencies and vendors as needed- Manage marketing programs and budgets to plan, including monthly budget reconciliation and execution of monthly reports- Administrative Support including the preparation and shipping of items including: customer and partner gifts, marketing collateral, and ad-hoc responsibilities as required. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE- 2+ years of marketing/sales support experience at a B2B software/technology company. Experience working in the Print industry is an added bonus.- Advanced WordPress, Adobe Creative and Microsoft Office Suite skills- Technical knowledge of HTML rules, slicing/coding e-blasts and image optimization- Proven experience with respect to Marketing disciplines including: SEO, Social Media, CRM, and sales-driven events- Ability and willingness to travel (Canada and US) EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS- University degree required with a specialization in marketing, media, and/or graphic design COMPENSATION $40K - $45K per year, based on NA apply today!
