We are expanding at our Toronto and Whitby offices due to a growing client roster, and is now seeking an engaging, sales-driven Life Licensed (LLQP) Agent

And now, because of our success, we need help from you to continue doing what we do best - communicate and educate on behalf of life insurers to existing and potential insurance clients.

Your Accountability with Us:
In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer contact, retention and sale verification services on superior insurance-related product offerings via telephone. You will maximize the customer-experience while ensuring first-call resolution, service-level, and revenue objectives of our clients. You will achieve this through your engaging telephone presence, and your superb negotiation ability while considering the insurance needs and best interest of each customer. You will utilize proven and established customer-centered processes, which include; up-dating customer records, general policy administration, recognizing retention opportunities, cross-selling, up-selling, downselling, administering cancellations, and conducting sale verifications.
Your Experience and Qualifications Needed:
A current and valid Life License (LLQP)
Stellar (and we mean outstanding) oral & written communication skills, in either or both English and French
An ability to work 8 hour shifts as you are scheduled between 8 am and 11 pm Monday to Friday, and occasional weekend shifts. Schedules are distributed to you on-line and soon to be available from anywhere with internet access at least 2-3 weeks in advance. (We do value work-life balance and schedule flexibility a lot around here!)
